This review concerns only the restaurant. Arriving by floatplane from Quebec City, we were warmly welcomed by the inn’s staff, who did everything to make our visit enjoyable. The surroundings are magnificent, peaceful and soothing. The log-built inn beside the lake is beautiful and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, which is quite unexpected in such a remote location. Not to mention a well-stocked wine cellar that leaves you spoilt for choice. Summer or winter, this is truly an inn and outfitter worth recommending. Anything negative? I’m still looking…

We spent two nights in this lakeside cottage. A wonderful place to end our trip to Quebec. The owners gave us a warm welcome, listened to their guests and served excellent dinners. We recommend this beautiful place “at the end of the world” to anyone who loves nature and hiking.

Wonderful stay! First, the inn’s impressive construction. The welcome from the innkeepers and the whole team during our stay. The room’s comfort. Gabriel’s cooking — wow! The outfitter is a wonderful playground for snowshoeing in complete freedom.
